Ingredients

  • 15 1/2 ounces can red salmon
  • 2 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup finely minced onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill
  • - dash pepper

How To Make best salmon loaf

  • Step 1
    Drain salmon, reserving 2 T, liquid. Flake salmon. Combine all ingredients, mix well. In a well greased baking dish and shape into loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
