Ingredients
- 15 1/2 ounces can red salmon
- 2 cups soft bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup finely minced onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dill
- - dash pepper
How To Make best salmon loaf

Step 1Drain salmon, reserving 2 T, liquid. Flake salmon. Combine all ingredients, mix well. In a well greased baking dish and shape into loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
