  • 15 1/2 oz
    can red salmon
  • 2 c
    soft bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c
    finely minced onion
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    dill
  • dash pepper

How To Make best salmon loaf

  • 1
    Drain salmon, reserving 2 T, liquid. Flake salmon. Combine all ingredients, mix well. In a well greased baking dish and shape into loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
