- 1 - 2 pounds tilapia -- or fish of your choice
- 1 can coors light
- 2 cups corn meal
- 2 tablespoons tony chachere's creole seasoning
- - canola oil
How To Make beer battered tilapia

Step 1Let your fish soak in beer for at least 2 hours.

Step 2Mix your Seasoning and Corn Meal.

Step 3Shake excess beer off and roll in batter.

Step 4Fry fish in pr-heated oil on medium heat until crispy.
