How to Make Beer Battered Fish Tacos
- 1Heat oil in deep fryer.
- 2Mix beer batter mix & seasoning in a medium bowl. Add beer; stir until smooth.
- 3Dip fish, into batter. Shake off excess. Fry fish, a few pieces at a time, 3 - 5 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Repeat with remaining batter & fish. Drain on paper towels.
- 4Serve in a flour tortilla with salsa.
