beer batter fish fry
Just adopted this recipe and I am making some changes..This recipe calls for corn meal and I am omitting it, adding mustard and paprika to this recipe to make it my own!

- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons mustard (to taste)
- 6 ounces beer 1/2 a can of beer your choice
- 2 pounds fish filets, your choice
How To Make beer batter fish fry

Step 1Combine dry ingredients and add beer to get a sticky consistency for dipping.

Step 2Salt fish and dip in batter.

Step 3Deep fry at 375 degrees until fish is golden brown.
