Ingredients
- 4 large tuna steaks
- MARINADE
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1/3 cup green onions
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- PEACH SALSA
- 2 large peaches, pitted and peeled cut into small dice
- 3 tablespoons finely diced red onion
- 1 small jalapeno, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 lime juice
- salt
How To Make beer and orange marinated tuna with peach salsa

Step 1Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together and add the tuna steaks, and let them marinate for at least one hour.

Step 2Meanwhile, make the peach salsa by mixing all the ingredients together and set in the fridge for flavors to meld.

Step 3Remove the tuna from the marinade and cook about 3 minutes each side on a hot grill or oil a frying pan and cook on the stove.
