Ingredients

  • 4 large tuna steaks
  • MARINADE
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1/3 cup green onions
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • PEACH SALSA
  • 2 large peaches, pitted and peeled cut into small dice
  • 3 tablespoons finely diced red onion
  • 1 small jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 lime juice
  • salt

How To Make beer and orange marinated tuna with peach salsa

  • Step 1
    Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together and add the tuna steaks, and let them marinate for at least one hour.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, make the peach salsa by mixing all the ingredients together and set in the fridge for flavors to meld.
  • Step 3
    Remove the tuna from the marinade and cook about 3 minutes each side on a hot grill or oil a frying pan and cook on the stove.
  • Step 4
    Serve with the salsa.
