1 lbbeef sirloin, boneless cut into strips

1/4 tspred pepper flakes

3/4 lbsea scallops

1.25 cgreen onions, diced

1 Tbspwater

1/2 tspginger

"just a pinch" of white pepper

1 tspsalt
How To Make beef & scallop saute

1Heat oil in wok or large skillet until very hot.

2Add garlic and beef, then scallops, and stir-fry about 30 seconds.

3Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry beef and scallops another 20 to 30 seconds.
