Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic clove, minced
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, boneless cut into strips
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3/4 pound sea scallops
  • 1.25 cups green onions, diced
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • - "just a pinch" of white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How To Make beef & scallop saute

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in wok or large skillet until very hot.
  • Step 2
    Add garlic and beef, then scallops, and stir-fry about 30 seconds.
  • Step 3
    Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry beef and scallops another 20 to 30 seconds.
