Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon garlic clove, minced
- 1 pound beef sirloin, boneless cut into strips
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3/4 pound sea scallops
- 1.25 cups green onions, diced
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- - "just a pinch" of white pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make beef & scallop saute

Step 1Heat oil in wok or large skillet until very hot.

Step 2Add garlic and beef, then scallops, and stir-fry about 30 seconds.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry beef and scallops another 20 to 30 seconds.
