red pepper flakes

sea scallops

green onions, diced

"just a pinch" of white pepper
1 tsp

How to Make Beef & Scallop Saute


  • 1Heat oil in wok or large skillet until very hot.
  • 2Add garlic and beef, then scallops, and stir-fry about 30 seconds.
  • 3Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry beef and scallops another 20 to 30 seconds.
