This serves as a dish for either dieters or diabetics. My mother-in-law made this when she was dieting. She also shared the recipe with my mom since my mom was a diabetic.

  • 6 oz
    canned tuna
  • 1/4 c
    chopped celery (optional)
  • 1/4 c
    onion flakes or finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 3 pkg
    artifical sweetener
  • 2 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 1 tsp
    vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    tomato juice

How to Make BBQ Tuna (Diabetic Version)

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for approximately 40-45 minutes.
