This serves as a dish for either dieters or diabetics. My mother-in-law made this when she was dieting. She also shared the recipe with my mom since my mom was a diabetic.

- 6 ounces canned tuna
- 1/4 cup chopped celery (optional)
- 1/4 cup onion flakes or finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 3 packages artifical sweetener
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
How To Make bbq tuna (diabetic version)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for approximately 40-45 minutes.
