- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-2 shallots, minced
- 4-5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 tablespoons panko bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons white wine
- 1 pound scallops
How To Make bay scallops gratin

Step 1Preheat oven to 425.

Step 2In a bowl combine butter, garlic, shallots, bacon, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper. While mixing add olive oil and fold in panko. Set aside

Step 3Wash and dry scallops. Add wine to bottom of 9x9 baking dish Arrange scallops on top Spread panko mixture evenly over top of scallops

Step 4Bake 10-12 mins or until golden brown Serve immediately
