  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup fresh basil, cilantro, and parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • BASS
  • 4 bass filets
  • salt and pepper

How To Make bass filet with salsa verde

  • Step 1
    To make the salsa verde, combine the shallots and vinegar. Set aside for 5 minutes to let the flavors meld. Add the remaining ingredients and set aside again.
  • Step 2
    Season the bass with salt and pepper. Add oil to a skillet and heat. Sear the bass in the oil about 7 minutes each side, depending on how thick the bass is.
  • Step 3
    Serve the bass with the salsa verde.
