- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup fresh basil, cilantro, and parsley, chopped

How To Make bass filet with salsa verde

Step 1To make the salsa verde, combine the shallots and vinegar. Set aside for 5 minutes to let the flavors meld. Add the remaining ingredients and set aside again.

Step 2Season the bass with salt and pepper. Add oil to a skillet and heat. Sear the bass in the oil about 7 minutes each side, depending on how thick the bass is.
