Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon coconut or vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons red curry paste
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- 4 bass filets
- fresh kaffir lime leaves cut into thin strips for garnish
- 1 bird's eye chli for garnish
How To Make bass filet in red curry sauce

Step 1In a skillet or wok add the oil over med high heat. stir in the red curry paste and brown sugar. Cook 1 minutes. Stir in the coconut cream and cook 30 seconds. Add the fish sauce and then add the fish filets. Turn the heat down to low and cook the fish for 3 minutes then flip and cook another 3 minutes until done.

Step 2Serve the fish in the sauce garnished with lime leaves and chili.
