i came up with this recipe by mistake and ended up loving it..

Ingredients

  • 1 pound flounder[or any fish u like]
  • 1/2 cup botted barbeque sauce with hickory flavor
  • 1 can sugar free maderin oranges,drained..save juice
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon dried onions
  • 1 teaspoon dried green onion
  • 1 tablespoon dried red/green bell peppers
  • 1/2 tablespoon minced dried garlic
  • - several turns of fresh ground pepper
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley chopped well

How To Make barbequed fish

  • Step 1
    drain orange...put them in small bowl...cove an refrigerate til servin time
  • Step 2
    mix juice from oranges ,the unsweetened oj all the spices in gallon size freezer bag add fish....turn to coat all fish.... put in fridge and turn bout every 10 minutes for an hour......
  • Step 3
    spray cookie sheet with no stick spray... remove each piece of fish from juice an place skin side down on sheet
  • Step 4
    bake at 400 for 7-11 minutes.remove from oven turn fish over put on more oj sauce return to oven bake bout 10 mintues more
  • Step 5
    chop parsley lightly stir in oranges serve each piece of fish with parsley/orange topping
