Ingredients
- MARINADE:
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1 cup honey
- FISH:
- 6 - 6 oz. - salmon fillets
- - salt & pepper, to taste
- GLAZE:
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
How To Make balsamic honey bourbon glazed salmon

Step 1Whisk bourbon & honey; mix well.

Step 2Place fish in resealable plastic bag set in bowl. Place fish in & pour over marinade. Marinade in refrigerator (skin side up) for overnight for flavors to marry. Discard marinade.

Step 3In small bowl, combine mix honey, bourbon, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic & salt. Refrigerate overnight for flavors to marry as well.

Step 4Season flesh side of fillets with salt; place skin side down in a shallow baking pan.

Step 5Roast at 500 degrees F. for 5 minutes.

Step 6Drizzle 1 Tbsp glaze over each fillet.

Step 7Roast at 500 degrees F. for 3 - 5 minutes.

Step 8Remove salmon to serving plates & drizzle 1 Tbsp remaining glaze over each fillet.
