Ingredients
- 1 white fish or bass filets
- salt
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 small onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups Mexican crema or sour cream
- 4 tablespoons lime juice
How To Make baked white fish with cilantro sauce

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter in a medium skillet. Saute the onion and garlic for about 5 minutes.

Step 2Place the onion, garlic, crema, salt, lime juice, and cilantro in a blender and process until it's a green sauce.

Step 3Season the fish with salt and place in a baking dish. Pour the sauce over the fish. Move the fish around so the sauce is under the fish.

Step 4Bake about 20 minutes depending on how thick your fish are.
