- 3-4 medium trout fillets
- - butter
- - salt and pepper
- 1 - (8 oz.) container sour cream
How To Make baked trout

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Place fish in a shallow baking dish.

Step 3Dot with butter.

Step 4Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 5Cover with sour cream.

Step 6Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
