3-4 mediumtrout fillets

·butter

·salt and pepper

1(8 oz.) container sour cream
How to Make BAKED TROUT
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Place fish in a shallow baking dish.
- Dot with butter.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cover with sour cream.
- Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
