trout fillets
butter

How to Make BAKED TROUT

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Place fish in a shallow baking dish.
  • 3Dot with butter.
  • 4Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 5Cover with sour cream.
  • 6Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
