How To Make baked, sauteed or grilled pollock

Step 1Bake, sauté or grill pollock*. For grilling, brush generously on both sides with oil and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side until fish flakes. Top with fresh salsa verde and a sprinkling of finely chopped parsley. Garnish with chopped tomato, avocado and sour cream. *Bake at 350 degrees for minutes. Sauté over medium-high heat 4-5 minutes per side. Additional Ideas Serve with buttered bowtie pasta and zucchini -or- mashed potatoes, steamed frozen peas and peach pie Additional Information A 3 ounce serving of plain fish contains around 78 calories, 1 gram of fat, 60 milligrams of cholesterol, 73 milligrams of sodium and 17 grams protein.
