Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon filets
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- - "just a pinch" of pepper
- 1 - tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 - onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
How To Make baked salmon

Step 1Spray shallow baking pan with non-stick coating.

Step 2Place fish in baking pan and sprinkle with oregano, garlic and pepper.

Step 3Layer with tomato, onion and parsley.

Step 4Mix bread crumbs with oil and sprinkle on top of filets.

Step 5Bake at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes or just until fish flakes easily.
