Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    salmon filets
  • 1 tsp
    oregano
  • 2
    garlic cloves, minced
  • ·
    "just a pinch" of pepper
  • 1
    tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1
    onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c
    dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil

How to Make Baked Salmon

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray shallow baking pan with non-stick coating.
  2. Place fish in baking pan and sprinkle with oregano, garlic and pepper.
  3. Layer with tomato, onion and parsley.
  4. Mix bread crumbs with oil and sprinkle on top of filets.
  5. Bake at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes or just until fish flakes easily.
