    herbal salt substitue
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • pinch
    salt
  • pinch
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    dill
  • 1
    lemon wedge
  • 1
    green onion, greens only and finely chopped
  • 1 large
    salmon filet

How to Make Baked Salmon with Herb Sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut filet in 4 serving pieces.
  2. Place large side of filet toward edge of pyrex baking dish with center open.
  3. Pierce fish, dot fish with butter, and cover with plastic wrap.
  4. Microwave medium (50%) for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, parsley, onion and dill together.
  6. Spread mayonnaise mixture on top of filets and microwave medium (50%) covered for 5-6 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with lemon wedges.
  8. If steaks are used, arrange with thin ends toward center of dish.
  9. One inch steaks should be microwaved 5 minutes a medium power, covered with mayonnaise mixture and microwaved for 5-6 minutes longer.
