Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons plain lowfat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon capers, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 2 - 4 ounce salmon steaks
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- - lemon slices
- - fresh dill sprigs
How To Make baked salmon with caper sauce

Step 1Combine first five ingredients, mixing well.

Step 2Cover and chill, rinse salmon and pat dry.

Step 3Place in 1 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray.

Step 4Arrange onion slices over salmon, pour wine over salmon and sprinkle with dill.

Step 5Cover and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Step 6Disard oinion and dill (if fresh).

Step 7Transfer to individual serving plates.

Step 8Spoon 2 tablespoons of caper sauce over each salmon steak and garnish with lemon slices and fresh dill if desired.
