Ingredients
- - cooking spray (to coat baking sheet)
- 1 cup - sour cream (lowfat or regular)
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 3 tablespoons green onion (scallions), finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets with skin
- 1 to 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 large lemon, cut into 6 wedges (for garnish)
How To Make baked salmon dijon

Step 1Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Step 2Whisk sour cream, dill, onion, mustard, and lemon juice in small bowl to blend.

Step 3Place salmon, skin side down, on oiled baking sheet. Sprinkle top of salmon with garlic powder and pepper, then spread with the creamy sauce.

Step 4Place baking sheet in oven, and bake for 20 minutes or until salmon is opaque in center. If desired, spoon some of the pan juices over each serving. Garnish each serving with a lemon wedge, and serve immediately.
