This recipe is what got my daughter to LOVE fish

  • 2
    haddock fillets
  • 1/4 c
    seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried parsley flakes

How to Make Baked Lemon Haddock


  1. Cut fish into serving size pieces
  2. Place in a greased 11x7x2 baking dish
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over fish
  4. Bake at 350 for 25 mins or until fish flakes easily with a fork
