1/4 cseasoned dry bread crumbs

1/4 cbutter or margarine, melted

2 tsplemon juice

1/2 tspgarlic powder

2 Tbspdried parsley flakes
How to Make Baked Lemon Haddock
- Cut fish into serving size pieces
- Place in a greased 11x7x2 baking dish
- Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over fish
- Bake at 350 for 25 mins or until fish flakes easily with a fork
