baked halibut fingers

My husband's cousin has a fishing charter boat in Homer, Alaska, and sent us a bunch of halibut fillets, frozen solid. I had never had these before, but now, I can't get enough!

Ingredients
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- dash lawry's seasoned salt
- dash pepper
- dash garlic powder
- 3 cups 4c seasoned bread crumbs
- 16 - halibut fingers
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1/3 cup milk
How To Make baked halibut fingers

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheer with aluminum foil, and spray with cooking spray, such as Crisco, or Pam.

Step 2Combine mile and egg in bowl. Rinse and dry the fish. Sprinkle seasoned salt, then pepper, then garlic powder.

Step 3Place in egg wash. In separate bowl, place seasoned breadcrumbs. Take fish from egg wash and cover with seasoned breadcrumbs.

Step 4Place on aluminum-lined cookie sheet. Cut slices of butter on each piece of fish. Place slices of butter between fish also.

Step 5Place in oven, bake for 20 minutes, turning fish once after 10 minutes. Serve with rice, or french fries and hush puppies! Enjoy!
