baked haddock with oyster stuffing
Nice recipe posted in my "Flavors of Cape Cod" cookbook. It was submitted by Pat Morgan. I love Haddock baked, give it a try.

Ingredients
- 2 - thick haddock fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 pint oysters
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
How To Make baked haddock with oyster stuffing

Step 1Place one fillet on greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wash and clean oysters. Dip oysters in cracker crumbs and spread on fillet. Lay second fillet on top and hold in place with toothpicks. Sprinkle with lemon juice and remaining crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Remove toothpicks and serve.
