Ingredients
- 2 - thick haddock fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - juice of one lemon
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 pint oysters, fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
How To Make baked haddock with oyster stuffing

Step 1Place one fillet on greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wash and clean oysters. Dip oysters in cracker crumbs and spread on fillet. Lay second filet on top and hold in place with toothpicks. Sprinkle with lemon juice and remaining crumbs.

Step 2Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove toothpicks and serve.
