This is one of Paula Deen's recipes from her magazine. It calls for Dijon Mustard, but my family doesn't like it, so I leave it out.

Ingredients

1/2 c
butter, melted
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1 c
crushed round buttery crackers, (i use ritz)
1/2 c
parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp
salt
1 1/2 lb
tiapia fillets, cut into 3-inch fingers

How to Make Baked Fish Sticks

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2In a shallow dish, combine melted butter and mustard.
  • 3In a separate shallow dish, combine crushed crackers, cheese, and salt.
  • 4Coat tilapia in butter mixture; dredge in cracker mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet, and bake for 6 minutes. Turn fish stick, and bake for 6 minutes longer, or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
