baked fish sticks

This is one of Paula Deen's recipes from her magazine. It calls for Dijon Mustard, but my family doesn't like it, so I leave it out.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 cup crushed round buttery crackers, (i use ritz)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 pounds tiapia fillets, cut into 3-inch fingers
How To Make baked fish sticks

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2In a shallow dish, combine melted butter and mustard.

Step 3In a separate shallow dish, combine crushed crackers, cheese, and salt.

Step 4Coat tilapia in butter mixture; dredge in cracker mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet, and bake for 6 minutes. Turn fish stick, and bake for 6 minutes longer, or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
