- 1/2 cup swiss cheese, grated
- 1 cup sour cream
How To Make baked cod with cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Wash and dry codfish.

Step 3Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper and sage.

Step 4Place in greased shallow baking dish.

Step 5Sprinkle cheese on top and cover with sour cream.

Step 6Bake 25 minutes.
