swiss cheese, grated

sour cream

How to Make Baked Cod with Cheese


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Wash and dry codfish.
  • 3Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper and sage.
  • 4Place in greased shallow baking dish.
  • 5Sprinkle cheese on top and cover with sour cream.
  • 6Bake 25 minutes.
