butter (divided)
1/2
sleeve ritz crackers (crushed)
1 lb
cod loins
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp
parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp
chives
1
lemon (cut into wedges)

How to Make Baked Cod Fish

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 400 F.
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter and put into an 11x7 baking dish, coat both sides of cod in butter, then bake for 10 minutes.
  • 2Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter in a bowl and mix with crushed Ritz crackers
  • 3Remove cod from oven and top with lemon juice and cracker mixture.
    Bake an additional 10 minutes or until flaky
  • 4Garnish with parsley and chives. Serve with lemon wedges.
