How to Make Baked Cod Fish
- 1Preheat oven to 400 F.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter and put into an 11x7 baking dish, coat both sides of cod in butter, then bake for 10 minutes.
- 2Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter in a bowl and mix with crushed Ritz crackers
- 3Remove cod from oven and top with lemon juice and cracker mixture.
Bake an additional 10 minutes or until flaky
- 4Garnish with parsley and chives. Serve with lemon wedges.
