·speckled trout filets
·garlic, salt and black pepper or cajun bayou blends (i used cajun bayou blends)
·1 small onion
·1 green pepper
How to Make Baked Cajun Speckled Trout
- Rinse fish and pat dry.
- Rub fish filets with olive oil, and season with garlic, salt and black pepper or Cajun Bayou Blends. (I used Cajun bayou blends)
- Place fish in baking dish. Add onion and green pepper (I used finely chopped onion and green pepper)
- Place fish in refrigerator for 30 minutes for flavors to blend.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
