- - speckled trout filets
- - olive oil
- - garlic, salt and black pepper or cajun bayou blends (i used cajun bayou blends)
- - 1 small onion
- - 1 green pepper
How To Make baked cajun speckled trout

Step 1Rinse fish and pat dry.

Step 2Rub fish filets with olive oil, and season with garlic, salt and black pepper or Cajun Bayou Blends. (I used Cajun bayou blends)

Step 3Place fish in baking dish. Add onion and green pepper (I used finely chopped onion and green pepper)

Step 4Place fish in refrigerator for 30 minutes for flavors to blend.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
