Ingredients
- 4 salmon filets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 3 cups cole slaw mixture
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 4 10 inch flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- pico de gallo and crema for serving.
How To Make baja salmon burritos

Step 1Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Add the oil to a frying pan and cook the salmon until desired doneness. Mix the coleslaw mix with cilantro and lime juice

Step 2Warm the tortillas and line them on the counter. Place a filet of salmon on each tortilla then add the coleslaw mixture. Roll up into 4 burritos. Add the oil to the skillet and brown the burritos folded side down first.

Step 3Top with pico de gallo and crema
