Ingredients
- 10 slices bacon, fully cooked & cut in 1/2
- 20 large uncooked shrimp, peeled & deveined (tails off)
- 2 - zucchini, cut into 10 slices each
- 2 - yellow bell pepper, cut into 10 pieces each
- - pearl onions
- 1 cup your favorite bbq sauce (i like sweet baby ray's)
How To Make bacon-wrapped bbq shrimp kabobs

Step 1If using wooden skewers - soak in water 4 - 8 hours.

Step 2Heat grill to medium heat.

Step 3Wrap 1 bacon piece around each shrimp. Thread 2 each shrimp, zucchini slices, pepper pieces & onion alternately onto 10 skewers.

Step 4Grill 3 - 4 minutes on each side or shrimp turn pink, turning & brushing occasionally with bbq sauce.
