Ingredients For bacon-wrapped bbq shrimp kabobs

  • 10 slice
    bacon, fully cooked & cut in 1/2
  • 20 lg
    uncooked shrimp, peeled & deveined (tails off)
  • 2
    zucchini, cut into 10 slices each
  • 2
    yellow bell pepper, cut into 10 pieces each
  • pearl onions
  • 1 c
    your favorite bbq sauce (i like sweet baby ray's)

How To Make bacon-wrapped bbq shrimp kabobs

    If using wooden skewers - soak in water 4 - 8 hours.

    Heat grill to medium heat.
  • 3
    Wrap 1 bacon piece around each shrimp. Thread 2 each shrimp, zucchini slices, pepper pieces & onion alternately onto 10 skewers.

    Grill 3 - 4 minutes on each side or shrimp turn pink, turning & brushing occasionally with bbq sauce.
