Ingredients For bacon-wrapped bbq shrimp kabobs

10 slicebacon, fully cooked & cut in 1/2

20 lguncooked shrimp, peeled & deveined (tails off)

2zucchini, cut into 10 slices each

2yellow bell pepper, cut into 10 pieces each
-
pearl onions
-
1 cyour favorite bbq sauce (i like sweet baby ray's)
How To Make bacon-wrapped bbq shrimp kabobs

1If using wooden skewers - soak in water 4 - 8 hours.

2Heat grill to medium heat.

3Wrap 1 bacon piece around each shrimp. Thread 2 each shrimp, zucchini slices, pepper pieces & onion alternately onto 10 skewers.

4Grill 3 - 4 minutes on each side or shrimp turn pink, turning & brushing occasionally with bbq sauce.
