A friend of mine gave me this recipe to try. I've never cooked ANY fish before i tried this recipe. But it SO easy and DELICIOUS

Ingredients

  • 4 - salmon fillets, with skin on one side
  • 1/2lb - bacon stips cut in half
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed

How To Make bacon samon fillets

  • Step 1
    Preheat your oven to 350. Using Olive Oil grease the bottom of your baking sheet.
  • Step 2
    Place Salmon Fillets (skin side down) onto your baking sheet.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle the fillets with you garlic powder, dill weed, salt and pepper.
  • Step 4
    Lay your bacon strips over the salmon fillets, Cover them completely but DO NOT let the strips overlap.
  • Step 5
    Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, then place your oven on BROIL to cook the bacon strips crispy, 1-2 minutes. ENJOY
