How to Make Bacon Samon Fillets
1Preheat your oven to 350. Using Olive Oil grease the bottom of your baking sheet.
2Place Salmon Fillets (skin side down) onto your baking sheet.
3Sprinkle the fillets with you garlic powder, dill weed, salt and pepper.
4Lay your bacon strips over the salmon fillets, Cover them completely but DO NOT let the strips overlap.
5Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, then place your oven on BROIL to cook the bacon strips crispy, 1-2 minutes. ENJOY
