Ingredients
- 500 grams large green prawns..butterfly and gently flatten
- 1 kilogram fresh sea clams
- 5 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon paprika, hot
- 1 medium lemon juiced, fresh
- 1 medium lemon cut into wedges
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper
- 1 small bunch fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup butter,unsalted
How To Make aphrodisiac harvest of the ocean

Step 1keep prawns intact with head and shell on.

Step 2marinate prawns in above spices and lemon juice, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 3add prawns with the marinade into a basting pan and grill in a pre heated oven set at 200 degrees centigrade.

Step 4turn a few times during grilling and keep basting with butter.

Step 5serve whilst still juicy and piping hot...enjoy

Step 6place clams in a dish covered with salted water for 20 minutes, allowing for clams to spit out sand from their shells,gently scrub the clam shells to remove any grit, rinse and set aside.Place clams in wok and add 2 x cans of 7 up lemonade and bring to the boil,discard unopened clams.Drizzle clams with garlic butter sauce and garnish with coriander leaves.
