I lived in Hawaii for over three years and a close friend of mine fixed his fish this way. I haven't changed anything. Very simple but good. Hope you enjoy it.

How to Make Aloha Seafood Dish

Step-by-Step

  1. Place fish in single layer in shallow baking fish.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
  3. Let stand 30 minutes, turn once.
  4. Remove fish, reserving sauce for basting.
  5. Place fish on non stick spray covered broiler pan.
  6. Broil about 4 minutes, brushing with sauce.
  7. Turn carefully and brush with sauce.
  8. Broil until fish flakes when tested with fork.
  9. Garnish with lime wedges or pineapple if desired.
