aloha seafood dish
I lived in Hawaii for over three years and a close friend of mine fixed his fish this way. I haven't changed anything. Very simple but good. Hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh fish filets
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup steak sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pinch pepper
How To Make aloha seafood dish

Step 1Place fish in single layer in shallow baking fish.

Step 2Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.

Step 3Let stand 30 minutes, turn once.

Step 4Remove fish, reserving sauce for basting.

Step 5Place fish on non stick spray covered broiler pan.

Step 6Broil about 4 minutes, brushing with sauce.

Step 7Turn carefully and brush with sauce.

Step 8Broil until fish flakes when tested with fork.

Step 9Garnish with lime wedges or pineapple if desired.
