I usually double this recipe to have leftovers or share with co-workers,it is a deliciously unique "stoup" If you double,use a dutch oven versus the 3qt. saucepan :)

Ingredients
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups vegetable juice
- 1 package frozen cut green beans(9oz)
- 1 cup diced potato
- 1/2 cup chopped celery and onion( each)
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- few dash hot pepper sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- - bisquik (dumpling recipe from box)
- 1 teaspoon parsley (optional)

Step 1In a 3qt saucepan combine first 10 ingredients,season with a dash of salt if desired.Bring to a boil reduce heat,cover and simmer 5-8 min.until veggies are almost tender.Meanwhile mix the dumpling recipe from bisquik box.Stir in 1/2 cup of the cheese and the parsley.Drop dough into bubbling stew.Cover tightly and simmer 12 min.DO NOT LIFT COVER!! Sprinkle with remaining cheese and serve.
