Ingredients

2 pounds chicken breasts, with skin on (about 4 breasts)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
ZESTY PINEAPPLE GLAZE:
8 3/4 ounces can pineapple tidbits
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon soy sauce

How To Make zesty pineapple chicken freezer recipe

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375.

Step 2

In a disposable 9 inch foil container or baking dish that is freezeable place chicken breasts with the skin side up.
Step 3

Brush each piece of chicken with melted butter, then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4

Bake for 30 minutes. Just before chicken is finished baking, make glaze.
Step 5

Remove chicken from oven and brush with glaze. Allow to cool completely then freeze.
Step 6

On cooking day, remove dish from freezer to thaw. Once thawed bake in preheated 375 oven for 50-60 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and glaze is dark brown.
