- 454 grams chicken breast
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 709 grams red wine
- 1 zest of a lemon
- salt to taste
