theres no set amount to the meat cheese salsa or sour cream so use or leave out what you don't like. salsa & enchilada sauce use what you like i don't like hot so i use mild

Ingredients

  • large chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 2 packages taco seasoned shredded cheese
  • 1 jar sour cream

How To Make x-tra cheesey chicken enchiladas

  • Step 1
    cook and shred the 4 chicken breasts
  • Step 2
    on a clean surface spread one Tbl-spoon sour cream and one Tbl spoon salsa on the tortillas.
  • Step 3
    add 1/2 can of enchilada sauce to bottom of pan
  • Step 4
    Add shredded chicken and cheese down center of tortilla and roll up.place in pan. continue until tortillas are gone
  • Step 5
    spread sour cream, salsa and the other 1/2 of enchilada sauce on top of rolled enchiladas
  • Step 6
    add 1 whole bag of shredded cheese on top and bake at 350' for 15-20 min.
  • Step 7
    (use as much chocken as you like i use 4-6 breasts) can sub chicken with any meat you like
