I belonged to a cooking forum and this recipe was posted many years ago. This is a take on a kiev. It is a great guest dinner because it presents itself beautifully but it is also very fast and easy and can be made on a work night. I hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients

4 - chicken breasts
4 slices deli ham
4 slices deli swiss cheese
4 - pepperidge farm puff pastry cups

How To Make wrapped chicken

Step 1

Boil or microwave chicken breasts until done. Wrap with ham and swiss. Defrost puff pastry cups and roll out with rolling pin until thin and large enough to wrap around chicken and just tucking ends underneath. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Elegant!
