Ingredients

  • 6 medium
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 6 slice
    swiss cheese ,divided
  • 6 slice
    deli ham (thin)
  • 3 Tbsp
    cooking oil
  • 1 c
    seasoned italian bread crumbs

How to Make Working Moms Chicken Cordon Bleu

Step-by-Step

  1. Flatten chicken to 1/4 inch thick thickness and place 1 slice each of cheese and ham on a piece of the chicken to within 1/4 inch of edges.
  2. Fold in half and secure with toothpicks
    Brush chicken with oil and roll in breadcrumbs .
  3. Grill, covered over medium -high for 15-18 minutes or until juices run clear.
