Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 - chicken breasts, cut in half (i would substitute 6 boneless skinless and trim fat,etc)
- 3-4 cups cooked wild rice
How To Make wine baked chicken breast, ma

Step 1Start oven at 375 degrees. Combine all sauce ingredients and mix well. Place chicken in large casserole, pour mixture over all and cover. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender and done. Uncover for last 15 min of baking unless pan juices have cook down to almost nothing. Serve at once surrounded by mounds of hot cooked wild rice.
