This is a recipe from Nita Sappington an old friend of Betty And Ivan's. She is a wonderful cook and published her own cook book.

Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken, cooked and deboned
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can french cut green beans, drained
  • 1 can waterchestnuts, sliced
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 box box of uncle bens white rice, cooked

How To Make wild rice and chicken casserole

  • Step 1
    Place chicken in greased casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients and pour over chicken.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
