white chili
Awhile ago, we had a soup potluck at work (non-profits tend to EAT ALOT). One of the guys brought in his favorite chili. We all raved, asked for the recipe, etc. He sent it -- just a collection of ingredients. When I tried to make it, I just mixed everything in the crock and let it go for a couple of hours on low. My friends loved it!
