It seems that every trip to the doctor's office takes away at least one of our favorite foods. Last time was tomato, the time before beef and salt. We have no choice but to get creative. The doc's office approved this and it's now one of our favorites.

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken cubed
- 1/2 - onion, diced
- 1/2 - bell pepper, diced
- - seasoning salt or old bay seasoning to taste, optional
- - pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin seed
- - minced garlic or garlic powder to taste
- 2 cans 4 oz. cans diced green chiles
- 1 can white beans, i use cannellini (lower sodium)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
How To Make white chili (or chicken chile)

Step 1In skillet, brown chicken in oil. Season and add onion, garlic, bell pepper.

Step 2Add green chiles and beans. Simmer 20-30 minutes.

Step 3Stir in Sour cream before serving. I add to each bowl and stir before serving as some folks don't like sour cream.
