Ingredients

  • 1 pound dried navy beans
  • 4 cans chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chili pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 pounds chicken breast
  • 1 package frozen spinach thawed
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 1 - onion chopped
  • 1 - bag of shredded mexican cheese

How To Make white chili

  • Step 1
    Soak Navy Beans over night
  • Step 2
    sautee chicken breast then chop into bites
  • Step 3
    Boil beans and chicken, chopped onion, chopped garlic and chopped chili pepper in chicken stock until stock is reduced and creamy about 2 hours
  • Step 4
    Add spinach, cook about 30 min
  • Step 5
    pour into bowles, garnish with shredded cheese
