- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 pounds chicken breast
- 1 package frozen spinach thawed
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 1 - onion chopped
- 1 - bag of shredded mexican cheese

Step 1Soak Navy Beans over night

Step 2sautee chicken breast then chop into bites

Step 3Boil beans and chicken, chopped onion, chopped garlic and chopped chili pepper in chicken stock until stock is reduced and creamy about 2 hours

Step 4Add spinach, cook about 30 min
