This is a delicious version of White Bean chili. Very flavorful and the cream cheese gives it a creamier texture. One of my favorite fall recipes. Goes great with either cornbread or tortilla chips. Hope you like it!

Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded white chicken, cooked
- 1 pound great northern beans, dry
- 2 cans chicken broth, non-fat
- 7 ounces can diced green chilis
- 1 can white shoepeg corn
- 1 medium onion,diced
- 8 ounces cream cheese, low-fat, softened
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon oregano, dried
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- GARNISH
- - sour cream, lite
- - monterey jack cheese
- - cilantro, fresh
How To Make white bean chicken chili

Step 1Cover beans with water in crockpot. Soak over night. When ready to cook, drain and rinse beans. Return to crockpot.

Step 2Add broth, onion, chilis, corn, and seasoning plus enough water just enough to cover beans. (More may be added later if needed during cooking process.)

Step 3Cook in crockpot on high approx 6 hours or until beans are tender. Reduce heat and dollop softened cream cheese into soup. Stir until melted and mixed through.

Step 4Serve and garnish with sour cream, shredded jack cheese, and/or cilantro(opt). If desired, top with tortilla chips
