Heard this recipe on the radio many years ago and have used it hundreds of times. Whiskey tenderizes the meat, oil keeps it moist and soy sauce adds flavor. Use it on beef, poultry or pork.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup whiskey
- 1/3 cup oil, olive or canola
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
How To Make whiskey marinade

Step 1Whisk together all ingredients. Pour over meat in a sealed container in refrigerator. Let meat marinade a minimum of 1 hour, turning once or twice to make sure meat is coated consistently on all sides.

Step 2Grill meat according to your liking. Increase ingredient amounts depending on the amount of meat you are marinading.
