1/2 cherdez brand salsa verde
1 tspchipotle pepper in adobo
2skinless boneless chicken breast
·generous sprinkle garlic powder
1/2 tspchili powder
·salt and pepper
How to Make Weight Watchers Friendly Chicken with Salsa Verde
- Mix the chipotle pepper into the salsa verde.
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, the cumin, garlic powder and chili powder. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook, turning once, until browned and no longer pink in center, 6–8 minutes.
- Place chicken on two plates. Divide salsa evenly over chicken.
- One point per serving on the blue WW plan. Your points may vary if using another brand of salsa verde.
