weight watchers friendly chicken with salsa verde
Hubby started on the Weight Watchers blue plan so I'm always looking for recipes. This is based on a more traditional recipe with cheese and more fat used in cooking. This is very flavorful and we don't miss the cheese.

- 1/2 cup herdez brand salsa verde
- 1 teaspoon chipotle pepper in adobo
- 2 skinless boneless chicken breast
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- generous sprinkle garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon oil
- salt and pepper
How To Make weight watchers friendly chicken with salsa verde

Step 1Mix the chipotle pepper into the salsa verde.

Step 2Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, the cumin, garlic powder and chili powder. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook, turning once, until browned and no longer pink in center, 6–8 minutes.

Step 3Place chicken on two plates. Divide salsa evenly over chicken.

Step 4One point per serving on the blue WW plan. Your points may vary if using another brand of salsa verde.
