Ingredients
- 1 cup saltine cracker crumbs
- 1 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 4-6 - boneless chicken breast
How To Make wednesday night chicken

Step 1Mix together first 6 ingredients.

Step 2Clean and Pat dry chicken. Dip chicken in melted butter and coat with crumb mixture

Step 3Place in casserole (9x13) sprayed with pam or greased.

Step 4On each piece of coated chicken place a dab of butter and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour
