walking tacos
From a hot dog restaurant in Bonita Springs or Naples, Florida....unfortunally I can't remember the name of the place! All I remember it had a Yellow Volkswagon The Thing in front.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra-virgin
- 8 ounces ground beef (can use chicken or turkey too)
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 package taco seasoning mix
- 3 tablespoons water
- pepper, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 5 packages fritos (single size bags)
- lettuce, shredded
- tomato, diced
- cheddar cheese, shredded
- 5 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 avocado, diced
How To Make walking tacos

Step 1In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add beef & onion. Cook until beef is no longer pink, breaking it up as it cooks. Add taco seasoning, water, flakes & pepper. Cook 1 minute more.

Step 2Meanwhile, open frito bags & gently crush. Divide lettuce amoung the bags.

Step 3Add beef mixture evenly throughout the bags & then add tomato & cheese. Top each with 1 tbsp sour cream & diced avocado.
