- 1 ounce chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 1 tablespoon each sour cream, mayo, and lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 - small apple,cored and cut into 1/2
How To Make waldorf chicken salad

Step 1Soak raisins in hot water until plump, then drain. In medium bowl, combine chicken, apple, walnuts, celery,raisins and lemon juice. In small bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, salt and pepper; pour over chicken mixture and toss thoroughly to combine.
