Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb
    skinless boneless cooked chicken breast cut into 1/2 " pieces
  • 1 oz
    chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 c
    chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp
    raisins
  • 1 Tbsp
    each sour cream, mayo, and lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 dash(es)
    pepper
  • 1
    small apple,cored and cut into 1/2

How to Make Waldorf Chicken Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Soak raisins in hot water until plump, then drain.
    In medium bowl, combine chicken, apple, walnuts, celery,raisins and lemon juice.
    In small bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, salt and pepper; pour over chicken mixture and toss thoroughly to combine.
