This recipe calls for chicken wings but I think it would be just as good with thighs. Very flavorful on the grill.

    chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/2 c
    sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    cooking oil
  • 1/2 c
    pureed shallots
  • 1/2 c
    rice wine vinegar

    kaffir lime leaves, chopped fine
  • 24
    whole jumbo chicken wings or thighs
  • 1 c
    cilantro leaves for garnish
  • 1 c
    roasted peanuts, chopped for garnish

How to Make Vietnamese Chicken


  1. Combine first 7 ingredients and marinade the chicken in the mixture overnight. Place chicken on the grill until done. Top with garnishes.
