Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 cup sriracha sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 cup pureed shallots
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 20 - kaffir lime leaves, chopped fine
- 24 - whole jumbo chicken wings or thighs
- 1 cup cilantro leaves for garnish
- 1 cup roasted peanuts, chopped for garnish

Step 1Combine first 7 ingredients and marinade the chicken in the mixture overnight. Place chicken on the grill until done. Top with garnishes.
